8. Glass is a natural product and while every effort is made to check all panels before they leave the factory the glass can never be completely flawless as it is a natural product. We work to very vigorous standards set out by the UK glass industry, please ask for the full version. The short version is – stand 1m away from the glass, view it at 90° in natural light – if you can’t see it from one metre away then it isn’t a defect.
9. Lacquered Panels and Veneered Panels Our lacquered and veneered panels (including doors) are a bespoke hand finished product and unfortunately can never be completely flawless due to the manufacturing process. We apply the same standards to our lacquered panels as we do to our glass - stand 1m away from the panel, view it at 90° in natural light – if you can’t see it from one metre away then it isn’t a defect.
10. The colours represented online and in our promotional materials have been rendered digitally, and may not be exactly identical in colour when applied to your product. The actual colour of the applied lacquer will vary based on a number of factors including lighting, finish, top coat, and batch.
